We understand that for some people using the new Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 8 (IE 8), there are have been issues of people seeing the chat functionality on the virtual trade show floor. While we continue to work to resolve this issue, we currently have the following recommendation to help you get the most out of your GreenExpo365.com experience.
- Confirm that you have this version of Internet Explorer by going to the "Question Mark" on the top right side of your navigation bar. By clicking the "?" and then "about Internet Explorer", you will see what version of Internet Explorer you are using.
- If you have IE 8, choose the "Page" drop down menu also on the top right side of your navigation bar. Near the bottom of that drop down menu you will see "Compatibility View". Here, click it so that there is a check mark next to it. A notification my come up by the tab that you are running this site through the "compatibility view." This should resolve you not being able to see the chat area.
